What areas do you cover?
We currently do regular cleans in and around Cheltenham. For one off cleans we travel as far as Burford, Cirencester, Ledbury, Forest of Dean and the North Cotswolds.
How many cleaners do you have?
We employ all of our cleaners. Currently we have 10 cleaners and we do in excess of 200 hours regular house and office cleaning per week for a range of domestic and commercial clients'.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, our cleaners are covered by public liability, property damage and employers' liability insurance.
How much do you charge for your house and office cleaning services?

What hours do you provide your house and office cleaning services?
Our house & office cleaning services are generally available from 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
Do you give free estimates?
We can try to give you an approximate estimate over the phone or by email, however because every property is different in size and condition it is impossible to give a fixed price without seeing the property. We do give you a more accurate estimate before the commencement of all work.This can be carried out prior to, or on the day work is required.
Do you charge VAT?
VAT will be liable on all our invoices from 1st December 2014.
All cleans will be subject to standard VAT which will be shown on your invoice as a separate item
Do you have a minimum charge for cleaning my home?
No two house cleaning jobs are the same, so each is individually priced. Normally we would expect a minimum 2 hour weekly clean or 3 hours fortnightly, however please do call us to discuss your individual needs on 01242 572218 or email us email@example.com
Can I get just my kitchen cleaned?
Apart from oven cleaning, We do not do partial cleans of furnished properties. We provide regular cleaning in Cheltenham and full property one-off or end of tenancy cleans throughout Gloucestershire.
Is it possible for a third party to pay for the cleaning?
It is possible for a third party to pay for the service in case you cannot be present as long as you have initially informed us and have provided the contact details of your representative.
Do you provide cleaning equipment and materials for my home or office?
Provision of cleaning detergents and equipment is included in the charge you have been initially quoted. We are also happy if you wish us to use your cleaning materials however use of own materials is at clients risk.
Can I leave your cleaners unsupervised?
Our cleaners are fully trained, vetted, insured and disciplined to provide high quality service. You can leave them at the property to carry out their job as long as you are comfortable with that. However if you do not feel confident in leaving them at the property unsupervised you are more than welcome to be there the whole time.
Do I pay you or do I pay to the cleaner the full amount?
For one-off cleans you can pay us directly on receipt of invoice ideally by on line banking. For regular cleans, we are happy to be paid monthly by online banking, cheque or by standing order.
For regular cleans, after one week, we reserve the right to cease cleaning until payment is received.
For one off cleans payment is on completion of work and receipt of invoice.
If payment is not received within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge late payment fees back dated to the invoice date. Our current charges are 2.5% above base rate, compounded on a daily basis.
What If I'm not happy with the service Provided?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy
with the cleaning service we have provided, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return and re-do the clean without charge.
What If I have to cancel my house cleaning?
In the event that you have to cancel a single regular house clean, provided we have one week's notice, there will be no charge. With less than one weeks notice, the full charge for that clean will be made
For one off house cleans that have been confirmed and with more than 5 days notice of cancellation, we will not charge you.
With notice of 1 to 5 days, we will charge 50% of the amount quoted unless the cleaning is being rescheduled with us. With notice of 24 hours or less, we will charge the full amount quoted (unless previously discussed or it is an emergency situation that requires a re-schedule).
What If I want to cancel my contract?
For all or our commercial customers & some larger domestic clients (10 or more hours per week), we require two months notice.
